Where is my data stored?

All data is stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent to any server. If you uninstall the app, your data will be deleted.

How do I reset my data?

Go to Profile → scroll to the bottom → tap "Reset All Data". This will clear all logs, settings, challenges, and points.

How do streak freezes work?

Streak freezes protect your streak when you go over your daily goal. You can purchase them with points in the Profile tab. When you exceed your goal, the app will offer to use a freeze automatically.

How are points earned?

Complete challenges to earn points. Easy challenges give 10 points, medium 25, and hard 50. You also earn bonus points for reaching 7-day and 30-day streaks.
